Best value ten minutes from the center
Nusle sits in a leafy valley under the great Nusle bridge, ten minutes south of the center, and is still one of Prague's best-value addresses. It is an ordinary Czech neighborhood in the best sense: morning bakeries, corner pubs and the Folimanka park under the bridge arches. Gentrification is creeping in from the Vinohrady side, but prices have not caught up yet.
